The Fair Dunkem Club Championships was named to highlight the “Fair Dinkem” or elite level of athlete selection in this high grade tournament. The tournament will be held at the State Basketball Centre in Melbourne, Australia in July 2020. The Championships will have top junior teams from around the world converge on Melbourne to compete in this unique event whilst also visiting Victoria, Australia as tourist destination. Elite boys and girls teams from the USA, Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Pacific aged 18U & 16U will be invited to participate based on roster construction and team profile. Each competing team is guaranteed 4 games over the 3 day tournament with the a champion crowned on the final day.
The AUSPAC Basketball Expo will provide a platform for businesses to market products and services with several additional benefits including brand awareness, lead generation, networking opportunities, and advertising. Locally owned small businesses will gain equal exposure to multinational corporations, with access to the same target market attendees. The AUSPAC Basketball Expo will showcase a variety of of options for attendees and businesses to engage and interact with each other and provide an overflow of foot traffic from the Convention’s Fair Dunkem Club Championships and the AUSPAC Conference.
The AUSPAC Basketball Conference has been developed with the Australian key basketball regulatory bodies, state government, and industry experts. The 2020 program is driven by AUSPAC Basketball and Basketball Victoria. The Conference hosted over 2 days serves as platform for basketball’s global leaders to come together to address areas of growth and share ideas to enhance the game further.
The AUSPAC Basketball Convention aims to strengthen the Australian Basketball Ecosystem, to further the best interests of basketball players, coaches, administrators, regulatory bodies, fans and suppliers.
